NOTICE OF MATURITY OF BMA PRINCIPAL GUARANTEED FUND I BMA Principal Guaranteed Fund I (BPGF I) is a closed end fund listed on the Karachi Stock Exchange. This is to notify that in accordance with the Offering Document, BPGF I will mature on 23 December 2008. The last date for trading in the certificates of the fund on the Karachi Stock Exchange will be the aforesaid maturity date and the Register of Certificate Holders of BPGF I will be closed on 23 December 2008

BMA Asset Management Co. Ltd. (marketing name: BMA Funds) will, within 30 days of aforesaid maturity date, liquidate all the investments then remaining in the hands of the Trustee as part of the Trust Property. The liquidation proceeds after deduction of applicable expenses will be distributed to the Certificate Holders, through crossed cheque/s, whose names are appearing in the Register of Certificate Holders at the aforesaid maturity date pro rata to the number of certificates held by them. No application for registration of transfer of Certificates will be entertained after the date of maturity.
